Just a heads up, I have the timing sensors, display board and printer. We need all new 9 volt batteries for everything. Loren said there were batteries in the trailer. Just want to make sure we are covered. Oh and someone told me that they have the printer cable with the computer, so lets make sure that is covered as well.

Please don't buy more batteries. There are TONS of them in the tech box. Half of them were bought before the last event.

Booked up weeks in advance?

I guess the days from a few years back where you could just show up and run are gone, eh?

I was hoping to come down and play with you guys (for the first time in a couple years)

(guess I'll have to wait until September)
Thanks for all the fun,
Rich

I cancelled my registration this morning, there is one driver and one guest slot available. I've not located a rear brake bracket yet, so I don't have working brakes. Somebody needs to play with Jerry in S2 so he doesn't get lonely. :-D

If anyone would like to trade a work assignment for arranging lunch, send me a pm. If anyone has a recent favorite, feel free to publically guilt that person into taking it.

I'm not so sure that lunch is a dedicated "job" anymore - more of a volunteered "extra" for someone to lend a hand but still have a regular work assignment. Loren - correct me if I'm wrong...

That's the gist of it, but if he and his co-chair hate dealing with lunch so much that they want to make it a work assignment... I'll leave that to event chairman's discretion.

If the budget allows, I could set up BBQ from Smokin' J's again.

Darn! Now I've given away my secret.

Spoke with Doug and it sounds like he's going to pass on lunch duty down at SPC. So whoever wants to step up for us it would be much appreciated.
