Yeah, they said they'd want to meet with us to discuss further, but they weren't immediately opposed it to. I've had a couple of friends now, in Corvettes, run on that track. May have been some kind of driver training, but he said they were flying! I don't doubt it's out of the clubs price range, but hey, I felt it was worth at least checking into.

Nice find, Scott! It's pretty tight on usable space... but I think it could be used, it just wouldn't offer a lot of course design flexibility.

Steve, have a look at the attached showing potentially usable area. Roughly 450x250 with a little dogleg on one side. (the circles in the middle are drains, it's not QUITE as bad as if they were light poles) If you think it's worth pursuing, let's see if Scott can get us some contact info.

Bookmark for myself....
As far as I can tell, my SRT-4 is SCCA class STX (2013) or possibly DSP (2013)?
.... which as far as I can tell puts me in FAST class M3.

(that took way too long to figure out)

So yeah, it does look quite nice - and that youtube video was most excellent.

Very nice! I keep looking for places when I'm driving around but so many large unused lots are full of cosmetic curbing...

This one looks like it's support for a loading dock, that's why it's so wide open. The "employee parking" area is full of islands.

Anyway, Scott... we'll get our site acquisition committee on it, thanks! (sadly, being a property for sale, it's highly unlikely that they'll want anything to do with us... but we can ask)
