Very sweet course Doug! Drive it right and it will be very fast and smooth, then there will be me in my car... Definitely need to set yourself up. :thumb:

Yeah, Doug came up with a pretty interesting course. Curved slaloms are always fun to figure out.

Well silly rabbit, that course does look magically delicious. With our rules though, I don't think it's for kids.

Very cool course indeed. Too bad I won't get to try it out. I've officially got to work the 15th for a special event, so I'm a no go and have already canceled my registration. With my second son due Nov 14th, I'll be out Oct thru Dec and hope to be back in January! Will be a very long time off again, but hopefully not as long as last time I had to take a break. Hope to see ya soon! :thumbwink:

Thanks! Hope it's not that long, but I'll probably be spending a lot more for babysitters or make sure she has help if I'm gone for the day. Certainly is less pressure to get the car fixed, although it's killing me just seeing it sit in the driveway. Hopefully I found the issue, but trying to now find the best solution for the fix.

Your best solution is a used 2004-08 RX8, with a new factory motor, with 4 doors and 30 pages of the owner's manual designated to how to tie down children's seats that nicely double for anchors for harnesses :D Oh yeah. :thought:

So top this. In a recent comment a guy signed up for this event and somehow got a year long 69 instead for less money. How is this possible? FAST is so totally awesome. Caters to everyone? Go FAST.

I just realized this event is next Saturday! I think I've done all the usual pre-event stuff, but I've been preoccupied with rally stuff for the past week or so, so if I need to do anything other than show up and abuse John's car this Saturday, somebody be sure to remind me.

Course looks cool. It would look a lot cooler and drive the same with 2 of those cones removed from the 6 cone slalom. :)

If it will drive the same, then it won't matter if we leave them.

It'll drive the same while going 20 mph faster. Some people have this thing called torque which allows a car to go faster on demand.

Take two Viagra. But even more important make the worker assignment a "dedicated" worker assignment so they can chill out during the event.

You have enough on your plate all ready.

Not unless the 240sx breaks down. So there is about a 50% chance.

That might be too much Jeremyandering or a computer virus? I haven't seen that much of Jeremy since his hat blew off.

For those of you who care. No one is "assigned" to do course breakdown/rebuild to SPC Police specs OR clean up the trash that some people seem obsessed with leaving all over grid?? If it helps I stopped after the awards luncheon and took some thru the fence pictures. Those in addition to the existing layouts should speed things up for newbies.

Jeremy appears to be certifiable but does he do windows?

Anyone who would like to pre volunteer for end of day course rebuild and cleanup will be greatly appreciated.
Perhaps we can get an: "I sucked less today" sticker for those who do that job?

Hi! Thank you for informing us! I took it!

Hi Everyone! Total autocross newbie here. I am supposed to just watch and familiarize myself with the event but got lucky today.

Please do not be harsh on me. :) :pale: See you all!
