Re: Hi, Everyone!
Hello from Alaska!
I'm moving to St. Pete/Palm Harbor area late May and your club came up in my autocross search. Looks like I will be fitting into S2 as my car is totally stock with the exception of 17x8 Rotas and Dunlop tires (ZII's or Rivals by the time I get new ones).
I'm looking forward to connecting with the local gears heads.
My first event will hopefully be June 15 between getting settled in and looking for employment.

Hi everyone, new member here!
I am looking forward to the SPC event in May! I've taken my Z out there a couple times with Motorsport Lab's course, between their Ferrari lap sessions (which I've also done, fun!), but this will obviously be my first time with FAST and participating in an actual Autocross event. I will be driving my '03 red Nissan 350z Touring in the stock class since I only have simple bolt-on mods and street tires/wheels. I'm really excited to check it out! Here's a quick pic of the ride:

Re: Hi, Everyone!
Hey guys, been living in the Tampa area for the last 8 years and just getting into autocross! My car is a completely stock '11 VW GTI. I have driven in two autocrosses in the past, so I'm still very new to the whole thing. Will be looking forward to coming put and participating with the FAST community.

Re: Hi, Everyone!
Hey everyone I started out autocrossing two days after I got my license last february I did probably 4 auto-x in my old car which was an 08 si but I had decided I had enough of FWD and now I'm driving an 08 WRX, although it may be considered the worst year of the WRX I still love it to death and push it as hard as I can.
I'd like to add I also graduated the Novice school on March 17th of last year.

Re: Hi, Everyone!
There is a list I think on MyAutoEvents site but I couldn't find it. (someone with a higher pay grade knows I'm sure)
I think we can reserve numbers soon for next year.
You could also check a few of the past events and scan and see if the one you want is taken. Also note that split formats have us use Odd numbers or Even numbers depending on the early or late event so when ordering you may want to get a few even/odd. I'm 727 or 772
there is always the lowtech method here http://drivefast.org/event-info/car-numbers/

Re: Hi, Everyone!
Welcome, noobs! 8)
Don't rush out and order numbers just yet. We do have a permanent number list, but it's a little buried right now. It's also not open for new registrations at present. RealSoonNow, I'll be starting the list for next season (season begins in September)... but current number holders will have 2-3 weeks to claim their existing number before we open it up to everyone else. The new numbers will take effect in September.
Long story short, you can't "lock in" a number until September. So, just enjoy doing numbers with tape and/or paper or whatever for a couple months until you're sure what number you can get.
Alternately, you could do at Matt suggests and just get some random digits that would allow you to do several numbers. Of course, the easiest ones are almost always taken (69/96, 1, 11), but any set of 3 different digits would allow you many combinations. For example, 123 could do numbers 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 21, 23, 31, 32, 123, 132, 213, 231, 312, 321... did I miss any? This kind of flexibility is handy when you run with other clubs, too.

Car has a Vortech blower kit, but the intercooler is a much larger unit than what comes with the kit due to the car pushing quite a bit more air than was originally intended for the included core.
