Evening gents. I'd first like to start with an apology for leaving my chair at the track. Hope someone can use it. If not trash it. Limped the car home but its going to be a $4200 bill and no. That's a down payment on a FRS or BRZ so no. Anyhoo chances are will be driving a Mini S tomorrow evening so :woot: 2nt apology: I am horrible with names. It was good times talking with everyone and well, ill end with a post I entered on our Autox FB page.
" Saturday at 6:40pm
Welp. First off I'd like to thank everyone at the FAST Brooksville event for good times, GOOD event times, drive offers, help out the wazoo, and just non stop consideration for fellow racers. 2nt: All new peeps and rookies take note. No matter who you pay to take care of your car, check it your self. The entire FAST crew knows what happened to my motor and it is extremely embarrassing that such an oversite happened. Check your car like you would your bike.
Now I'm gona have a minor meltdown. Stay tuned for the epic meltdown"
Thanks everyone and can't wait for the next event.

So... the shop that changed the oil isn't taking responsibility for there being no oil in your engine???
I've got somebody's chair in the back of my truck. I think there may have been one or two others that made it into the trailer. You might be able to find it when you come out with your MINI next time!

Mine was the blue one next to the black trunk cover. Sorry the only thing on my mind was limping the car back to Tampa. But life goes on. Thanks for the credit and will be out again soon!

Oh, okay. That's the stuff that's in my truck. Is that your trunk cover, as well?

Re: AL and the TC checking in
that sucks... check the oil filter as well... sometimes the old gasket gets stuck to the oil pump so when they put the new filter it doesn't seal correctly so it dumps the oil on the way home. Had that happen to a friend of mine.
