Well, this car is going to be a while before it makes it AutoX debut. But fear not! I have my black 2011 back and it runs great! See everyone there!

My experience (10+ years back) was that it works as a preservative, regular treatment will keep sticky tires sticky longer. But, it doesn't work well as a restorative. I had zero luck bringing a set of old hard nearly-full-tread race tires back from the dead.

Yeah, that was my experience as well the last time I tried using the stuff. But these tires aren't as far gone as the ones I used it on before. I just figured it was worth a shot in this case and couldn't hurt.

This is what you want if you want to be fast at the next FAST event. Coat your tires heavily and display your mad driving skills.

Tim, this works really well on all wheel drive cars. I will have a spare can if you want to try it.

This. I have found that if I treat the tires after each event, I get a lot mores runs out of them. I used to have tires heat cycle out, now I can run them until I can just about see air :thumbwink:

There ya go Les, your new excuse! :whip: And you didn't even have to use the AutoX excuse generator!!!!

Heading to Three Rooker tomorrow?

Just 24 hours left to register.

Lots of last-minute entries by the Asian car guys... matched by the Euro car guys. Everybody else is slacking!

Asian - 15
Euro - 15
Ford - 11
Mazda - 11
US - 9

Wow, almost missed this one, for some reason I thought I had already registered then checked the list and saw I wasn't on it.

Add another Euro car.

Doh.

Boobies. There are still empty spaces to beat the man who shot Liberty Valance. aka Be my Patsy

It's along story which I'll recant with detail in another thread that exists elsewhere.

Where are all the S2 guys? Grey8 is aching for a good thumping and there is a little more than an hour left to sign up.

EVEN my wife is coming to witness your futile attempts.

Nothing like waiting til the last minute. No spots for Sarah, unless Loren can make a special guest spot for a practicing photographer?

Not sure if the M3 will be making the trip, but it would add another Euro.

I'll add Sarah. Nothing after that, though. Steve's gotta get the list together and submitted in the morning.

Wait... YOU aren't registered, either.

And I'm not sure what you're talking about with there not being a slot. We allow 15 guests... there are 5 in one session and one in the other???

Send me an email ASAP and let me know which session you want to be in. This last minute stuff is for the birds.

I won't be making that event as too many commitments. (After taking wife to airport on Mother's Day will probably be going to an art show on Father's Day, etc. :-D ) When I first got that car at a fun event I got you to take it out for your opinion and pretty sure you clipped me by .1 sec first time ever in the car. I think you jumped from Fred with 175 stones right into the Grey8 with 245-140's :thumbwink: That said we've never competed in the same car.
