So, tell me, Brian... what exactly are you implying that I should do? My only error here was in (maybe) overestimating the time of this course. It WILL be quite a bit more time than our typical course.
I misunderstood your post, I was under the impression that the course you posted was gong to be shortened.

Though it seems like we have quite a bit of room south of the "green box" with 45 cars max, couldn't we move the start further back ? Just a suggestion, and is the course you posted maxed out to the north end of the runway ?

Either way, I figured the course to be 2/3rd's of a mile long, should still make for a fun day.

The first draft of this course actually did have the start further back, but upon safety review, we decided we didn't like it. Doing it this way keeps things safer and gives us a little more room for grid and parking. I think you'll find that it will be plenty cramped, as it is! It'll work, but we won't have an abundance of space... and we'll be glad for the space that we have.

I'm counting 10 Mustangs and 10 Miatas, but I'm only half awake. I guess I could shift that balance by bringing the $2014 GRM Challenge Mustang instead of the MX-5. Hmmm.
Nope, I just got a used set of Rs for the Miata that are only getting older every day.

Thanks for posting the map. Normally that last turn before the finish looks like a possible off course into the grass could be likely sometime during the day, but this being an experienced group should not make it an issue. (Let's say that if you go into the grass you owe FAST a dollar.)

If things go according to plan, I will be bringing a Mustang to this event. More Mustangs than Miata, how sweet would that be? Though it might cause Loren to fall into fits of sorrow. :(

Anyone have a camber gauge that will measure an 18" wheel that they can bring Saturday?

Had I known what I know I'd accomplish by today and had the back muscles to swap out tires from one day to the next I'd definately have signed up for Tomorrow's event. So I guess I sent Harvey in my place? Yeah. That works. He has a trailer Queen that doesn't need to swap tires. Roll it off, slap it on the ass and drive it home ( back up the ramp).

Have a great day and if you need anything give me a call.
