Okay I found 2 things I didn't know existed. You have to deal with anal retentive collector types I guess to learn these things?

1. Shamu did not have 5.0 chrome logos on the front fenders. I never noticed that in 4.5 years. They cost $13 for 2 so I put them on. Yes they do look better on there. Same as the IQ of the guy who pointed it out. 1/2 the world is below average.

2. Shamu was developing a pulsating brake pedal so I got the rotors checked and they were too thin to turn. Got a new set from Autozone online and got $25 off order. ONLY to find out that the last guy I told to repack the wheel bearings didn't retorque the nuts to 18ft/lbs. The left was two threads out. The right was finger tight. GRRRRRRRRR. Bearing need a preload to work right. Oh well. Brakes are smooth awesome now and new bearings on outside. Inside repacked as they sent me the wrong ones GD...It. Probably didn't need new rotors - should have borrowed an indicator gage and checked them first? Nah. Now the car is actually almost perfect for a Ford.

***Well there you go. There wasn't much wobble in the bearings so TECH wouldn't have noticed it but it was enough to make the rotors seem like they were slightly warped.
You have to admit something is wrong when a Crown Vic out stops a mustang and fix it. :d

Confirming once again why I try to do all of my own automotive work.

The "Push Harder, Suck Less" philosophy explained:
Push Harder - Drive as close to the limit of your tires as possible.
Suck Less - Drive something resembling a proper racing line.
