Jan 17 Championship Event at Brooksville

Postby Loren » Sun Dec 28, 2014 11:48 pm

It's time to roll back into competition mode with our first FAST Championship event of the season!

Registration is open:
http://msreg.com/FAST-Champ-17Jan2014

There were 13 entries in the first day of registration! And 5 of them are either new names or very new people. What does that mean? It means we're that much more likely to sell out, so get registered early!

Deets:
  • This is a FAST Championship event.
  • Open to all licensed drivers. (minors must have a parent present)
  • Novices welcome and encouraged to attend!
  • Pre-registration is required for all drivers AND Guests
  • Split format event, choose early or late.
  • Sorry, no lunch this time. Beverages and snacks will be available!

Hi Loren,

How do I go about using credits to register through MotorsportReg for FAST events? Got the 2 from the Novice school and can't wait to get back on the track. ***suffering from severe withdrawal***

This will be the S1 "trials".

New Grey V8 can do it in 3.

Don't need AWD or big rims. Bowling Green, KY jelly got it right the first time 15 years ago and can slip it to you.

Hope Bad Bob T gets his mojo back for this event.

Now that you've created your account, I can add your credits to it. Will do that in a few. They will appear when you checkout during registration.

And again on the 31st. We're pretty much every other weekend for the entire year!

27 drivers have registered for this event already. And 9 of them are either new autocrossers (first or second time) or people from out-of-state who are new to us. That's 9 slots filled that wouldn't normally be filled. What I'm getting at is BE SURE TO REGISTER EARLY. If you wait until the event is filled, we can't help you.

We're getting some great numbers for this event!

So far there are 25 drivers in the Early session, and 38 in the Late session. And a total of 9 first-timers, 6 second-timers, and 4 additional novices!

Now, I don't know how this last week of registration is going to shake out, but right now, we could be in a bit of a pickle because there are a total of 11 novices (many first/second timers) in the Early session, and only 14 experienced entrants to work with them and instruct them. We could really use some more experienced people in the Early session!

By the way, registration closes in 5 days! Spread the word.

Loren,

We were planning on attending both so Sarah can get pics of both sessions. I'm happy to instruct in the AM. I'm registered to run in the PM.

Thanks, Jesse!

Be sure your registration reflects what you're doing. The new system will allow you to choose options from both sessions, and I need you to do that for accurate headcount. Sarah needs to be double-registered as a guest, you need to be guest and driver.

I'll go ahead and update you both.
