We've been through this. The right to trash-talk the FASTiva must be earned. :chuckle: If you're two seconds back, you must accept our Pride... and your Shame. 8-)

(Now I've sealed our fate... something's gonna blow up soon.)

No problemo. I had my chops busted due to a rainbow sun umbrella last event by Dan (NTQO) . It's all cool. No losie to the Fastiva ever again in any class. Or you'll probably drive me home :whip:

Not a big fan of stickers on my car, but I might put one on my beer fridge with my collection of 2nd and 3rd place stickers! :-)

I'm excited for this one. It'll be my second time at Tampa Bay Downs. Though it looks like it's going to be tough to get the sweet S5 podium finish this time. One Corolla and 3(!) Miatas. Plus I'm due for new tires and front struts. Oh well, better to go out with a bang*, right?

*In my case, a "bang" is really just understeering into a (cone) wall :snicker:

Quite the contrary, we talk about FAST quite a bit. By far the best group of people and best event management I've seen in 30+ years of playing the game. The past couple of years we've worked hard at building Michele's business which consumes a lot of weekends, and overall the calendar conflicts have been insane. It seems like every event is scheduled at a time that we couldn't make it. Tires will be stones and replaced after this event, but we'll be so rusty it won't matter. Who cares, can't wait to be back out with FAST!

Those are some serious tires for that little skinny car. You need to get it weighed at a truck stop some time. My RX8 has an aluminum hood, rear doors and a hole in the roof so I don't know where to cut any holes to save weight other than quit eating or just let Soraya drive it like a jockey?
