...this made it a snap to load the cones into the trailer (poor Jason) - IMO, this is a best practice as it takes a set of extra lifts out of loading if that makes any sense.Carracer wrote: they also fixed the cone stacks so the colors matched.

Oooooooh. Well, that makes perfect sense. Those guys are awesome, hope we see them again.Carracer wrote:I had David and Maxwell Babinski helping me. Nobody else said yes or volunteered. It was just so hot that nobody was moving all that fast and they also fixed the cone stacks so the colors matched.

The "Push Harder, Suck Less" philosophy explained:
Push Harder - Drive as close to the limit of your tires as possible.
Suck Less - Drive something resembling a proper racing line.

Very fun event, super happy I was able to put together a good run. Hopefully, I can do that at the future events with less than 6 attempts. That was a very fun course, I didn't run it last time it was used. That last lllllooonnngggg slalom was evil, thankfully I actually like slaloms and knew what I was getting into after pacing it off during course walks, just wish I had remembered to go right on entry every time rather than entering left most of my runs.
I'm pretty sure right entry was worth at least 1/2 second. Really looking forward to cooler weather, Florida summer is a bit too long.
