Im trying to take some lessons from her video. Has to be the smoothest driver out there. I have much to learn on that front.

I simply assumed she drove a different car not looking at the class results. We really don't need anymore smooth fast drivers in S4 beating up on S1,S2 and S3 thank you. It's embarrassing. Those results looked pretty official to me. NO FN people in the top 15 this time. Atta Girl SophiaJamie wrote:Yes...Sophia herself doesn't claim that time in her car. She deserves an Atta Girl anyhow for wringing out that little commuter pod as well as she does...if I could convince her to drive my car, she'd be showing pretty well in S4.

FN really doesn't matter at a Classic. They have no advantage, they're just choosing not to claim a class.

Push Harder - Drive as close to the limit of your tires as possible.
Suck Less - Drive something resembling a proper racing line.

Yeah, after getting home and looking at the results, that's what I thought too. Good thing it wasn't an Open event for points. The story, as I suspect, is that is my time. I ran a 44.7 that didnt show on the results. 2 of my times are missing. I think the other went to Terry Glazar.

I spun once. the last run the Mustang made. it gave it's all that day.Doug wrote:Three kinds of autocrossers those that have spun, those that will spin and those that are now spinning
Technically it was totally save-able but I would have had to counter steer into the timing light, so I let it slide.
