Normally, If anything, I will find something to criticize but not this time.
Mazda Medic owned by Sean Chai, Master Mechanic by day a Mazda certified mechanic and by evening and days off Mazda performance pro extraordinaire in his own shop.
He has been wrenching on my RX8 for the last 5 years at local Mazda Dealer. He now has his own Wholesale pricing shop in Hudson. On Denton Ave.

Sean charged me a very reasonable price ending up being well below ANY shop to replace my rear shocks and bar on my RX8. Best thing is I got to sit and watch. What a PIA job that was. Glad I didn't attempt it. That was a lot of work needing a lift for sure.
He is skilled with turbo kits, superchargers, suspensions on all Mazdae. Give him a call or stop by his shop some evening when he's there.
A great guy to deal with and likes Dead Presidents. So do I and hate to part with them:) He is very reasonable. Get other prices before calling him!!
You find your stuff wherever you want and pay him to install it. How's that for a deal?!

Does this mean you're getting serious about trying to win or something?

It simply means that Loren and Ben weren't the only guys driving a shithouse. They just knew it for a fact. I'm surprised the car handled at all with no rear shocks or a functional sway bar. Vette T and T Saturday will be a blast. Hope it doesn't rain. I will forgive Andrew for spinning it out the last time!! Andrew you were still going way too fast but the car had no rear suspension!! You'll never know if you could have made that corner?dan wrote:Does this mean you're getting serious about trying to win or something?

See you on Saturday Doug. Up late trying to get the car running right on the megasquirt, I'm going to wind up having to shell out for some dyno time. :-/

No the 120% ready vette still has more speed than I can ever drive it with 200 tires. I would need "R" Z06 315+ sized rubber to fully achieve it's potential and Sam Strano driving it.dan wrote:Ah, good explanation.

9/10 - Good burn.

The "Push Harder, Suck Less" philosophy explained:
Push Harder - Drive as close to the limit of your tires as possible.
Suck Less - Drive something resembling a proper racing line.

Not even a -1/10. Inappropriate on a Vendor's forum to help ALL Mazda drivers get fair and proper repairs at a reasonable price and be faster.Loren wrote:I totally missed this comment the first time around.dan wrote:So is the Vette broken too?![]()

Yes I'll let Sean fix/improve my Vette too. He builds some crazy fast machines!! I got a 3rd sticker last year with my stock S2 RX8 in M2. Not much competition there for a huge class.

Sean has broken away from the Mazda dealer and doing this full time which is awesome for anyone needing speed equipment or upgrade repairs on any Mazda.
He installed a new improved Clutch/flywheel assy on my RX8 in 4 hours for $240. AND it works perfectly. $60/hr cash out the door is more than reasonable in FL for actual craftsmanship. Can hardly wait to put 200 miles on it so can go racing again or pulling stumps?
Tell him Doug with the racing grey RX8 sent you - he won't charge you more for that
Nice guy, builds great fast cars and stands behind his work. Yes, he will work on other cars too. Go see him.

Mazdamedic is now exclusively Mazda products. Has a great enough word of mouth following he doesn't need to work on other brands.
