Great, see you both there, hopefully it's not raining. :?

Carl, I'll bring your magnetic numbers with me, I didn't paint them, but I did a paint test on some scrap magnetic sheet and it seems to work and look fine. This way if you want to paint them Friday night you'll have them for Saturday. 8)

The earliest weekend I can do it would be the 3/29 or 3/30, I'd perfer doing this on a Saturday. My next two Sundays are going to be busy days, and I'd really love to have a Sunday to just chill out. 8)

I'm planning on getting the materials this week, and I'm going to be looking at windows tomorrow for my girlfriend's house and will see what they have for the trailer.

I'll be leaving town 3/29 or 3/30 but don't let that stop you!

I'll pickup what is needed for the front (lexan) window before I go.

With detailed instructions I hope. :D

What about 3/22? I know Charles can't make it that day, but I think the 3 of us can handle what needs to be done. I'd rather have you there because you seem to have a good idea of how to attack the window framing and the front window install.

What instructions? This is a "design-build" where I figure it out as I go!
What about 3/22?
Looks to be OK.

I just noticed that 3/22 is the Mazda day at desoto. I don't think I'll be able to make it to Howards on that day unless something changes.

More the reason I'd like you there.

Carl, hopefully you can make, but if not, I'm sure Bill and I can handle it and whoever else may show up.

So let's set the day for 3/22 and get this thing done. :)

I'll try to swing by at least at some point to see if there is anything I can do to try and help.

After this work is complete and we are swapping everything over to the new trailer stop and ask yourself this..........

Do we really need this, and have we EVER used this.

If the answer is no, don't move it over........ dead weight = bad.

I think we pitched most of that during the last trailer cleaning. What's left: two extra PA speakers that never seem to get used, and the canopy with its frame. I've have added the umbrellas in the closet by the door, but we've actually used them a couple times lately!

Charles, good thought. As Jamie pointed out we pitched a ton of crap at the last cleaning which was a while ago now. I figure if we haven't used something since the last cleaning it is time to toss it or, at least, store it outside the trailer to help reduce the weight even more.

It is going to be interesting to see how easily the new trailer tows when full!

Exactly, I say leave one PA speaker only and whatever other equipment we need to run it.

We don't need 2, but we do need more announcer volunteers!
