Just got my two tires mounted and balanced by Carl. Impressed with everything and really appreciative of the quality of the work he did! Definitely going to divert my tire business his way! And thanks for noting the dried out valve stems; something I wouldn't have noticed myself.

Not sure, I have used it since, maybe even before then. My AIM account was TheElusiveAgent back when AIM and Yahoo messenger were awesome. Actually, I remember the reason now!!!!

I forgot to guess the "agent" thing so gladly paid Carl full price to flip my race tires.
Be warned. He is full of great ideas on how to help make my Vette insanely fun and fully developed down the road.
Totally sold on his concepts!! See you next season with that in mind?

We needed the rain to put out the fires but it took a week to get some dry days to sort out my tires. I really like talking to Carl. Makes his work go slower

And me go faster

Even his neighbors like him. I don't even talk to my only neighbor since he only wants to borrow my tools

Carl flipped my RE71's with 71 runs so hopefully I can make it to 100+...phew. Those things wear scary fast to 3/4 way then stabilize.
ALSO he got me a great deal on a set of new wheels. Talk to Carl before you buy.

Bad news for S2 and STX elsewhere. Carl fitted my RX8 with some new shoes for next season

Not 4 years old this time. Since I made him afraid I'll croak like a frog and stick him with 4 bastard tires he did it on July 4th and made 4 loud popping sounds suitable for the occasion (fitting them on the rim) all the time with me sitting on a bike with the fan blowing in my face pretending I still had my old bike

Hope these tires last as long as that last sentence
