Another Lakeland Event?

Postby Charles » Thu May 29, 2008 7:55 am

Has anyone looked into getting one of the SPJC events in the fall moved to the Lakeland site?

I think that would allow enough time since the first event that we shouldn't wear out our welcome.

COOL ! With access to the side lot, that has potential to be a VERY fun course

I'll just throw my 2 cents in... I picked the October event to chair because it was in St. Pete, I'm not opposed to events in Lakeland at all but there are a couple of things I was hoping to do that may be more difficult if it were moved.

Sorry... I'm not trying to be a downer!

That sceduling mix up wasn't "FAST's" fault, I'm sure the ball club will make sure there isn't a game being played the next time we go there. :)

It'll be Sept. 6 instead of Brooksville.

Here's the thread, that basically says the same thing.

Tigertown has a new website that is still a work in progress. It will eventually cover all activities on their site. The City of Lakeland actually controls the property.
