Sorry I missed it... sounds like a good turnout. Maybe we should make this a semi-regular thing?
Don't they have some kind of a "league night"?

There were nine of us total which made for some great wheel-to-wheel action. The top three finishers really battled it out at the end. John Edwards vehemently defended his pole to take the trophy!
Defend it?
I had it in the bag! LOL

Good times!
Their website shows a league the first Tuesday of the month – May’s picture has 12 people in it…winners get cash! ($100/50/30/20)
If we had a decent size group that did it with some consistency, they could work out special pricing – or prizes for our group(?) If 12 is their normal size, prize cost is $16+ per person. $39-16 = $23. More seat time than an autoX, no tire wear, no gas...and lots more trash talking *cough*driving*cough*

Hell, if we get 10 people out, just collect money and handle "prizes" ourselves! A friendly "wager", if you will.

The "Push Harder, Suck Less" philosophy explained:
Push Harder - Drive as close to the limit of your tires as possible.
Suck Less - Drive something resembling a proper racing line.
