Sept. 6 Location change

The Sept. 6 event was originally scheduled for Brooksville.

It will be held in Lakeland at Marchant Stadium instead. Our very own Muddy will be chair.

Registration opens a month before the event...so in this case, 6 August. The annoucement's up on MAE, though.

The Baseball season will end Aug. 31 at Lakeland. While players may be there year round, there is not a scheduled activity on Sunday until Spring. I met some of your members following a Spring Training game (the wet event) and used to host autocrosses there many years ago.

I will plan on coming out at least to watch your setup and the type of course. I don't do 7 AM anymore, retirement spoils me. Now if the AX mood kicks back in, quite possibly an entry in the future. I held the Fla State class championship years ago in my SP Datsun Roadster. Tech people bumped me up with the 240-280Z's which killed my chances on Solo 1 events.
