I didn't get the 51 orange cones until today (Monday), so I need to know who to give them to. I am flying out of town Thursday. I can drop them off to whoever wants them before that, but I would prefer someone that lives near Brookville, if that's possible. Please let me know ASAP so I can get them to someone before I fly out.
Thanks!

If you want to drop them at my house (near the SR589/SR52 interchange) that's not a problem. I'll either get creative with loading the trailer, or throw them in the minivan and make an extra trip to the airport Sunday morning. Give me a call at 813-826-8442 tomorrow during the day if you want directions.

I also have a CD of what appears to be Office 2003 that was left in the laptop. I will assume that this belongs to Charles. I will have it on Sunday to return to whomever it belongs to.

The registration list is being downloaded to the "new" laptop tonight.

I dropped off the 51 cones to Jamie tonight, so you can have a monster course. Have fun this weekend, I hope you have nice weather.

Jeff,
Forgot to mention, Leo Silva and Bill Smith asked if they could have registration from me - I said ok, since I'll be wandering the course with Ron doing safety-ish stuff later anyway. I'll meet 'em at the gate and get them started and then hand it off.

Warning to Jeff: I may be "late." I'll be there by 9am, but I may be cutting it close. I'll be in Orlando on Saturday so I might be back in late.

This is just a precautionary message so I don't get yelled at if I show up at 9 to set up the timing equipment (if we still have it). That is all.

I hope we don't have the timing equipment in the trailer - I thought someone routinely took that with them...

Just so's everyone knows, a course is done, save on-site tweaks during setup. As soon as Ron or I get it "pretty" it'll get posted (Jeff, you do want it posted, right?)

The course map is now in the 1st post for printing by individuals.

There will likely only be 5-8 copies at the event - for Novices.

Let me know if you guys need help with the timing stuff. We've been using AxWare at SCCA for a while now and I think I have a pretty good handle on it. :)
