At all of the events I've been to at 7AM, the trailer is present and people are setting up the course already.

So I'll say 7AM.

The Flowers will tow the trailer as we usually do.

However, advance notice for June: it looks like we will be unable to tow the trailer for that event.

On a good news side the flip-flopping situation of the future of my job seems to have been resolved "butter side up" (to mix metaphors). I think it is certain (as it could be) that we'll be here the rest of this year and, hopefully, for the next 25 months at least.
The Jag complains about autoX by throwing Gearbox Faults.
I think it is just lazy.

Me too, this timing debacle will NOT repeat itself!

Unless you had a plan already in place Jeff, I'll PM you the contact info and directions for the pizza we had last time. It seemed to go over well.

I'll volunteer to be a timing noob. I have done timing and scoring with other clubs, and got a good idea of it at the driving school. If help is needed elsewhere let me know.

Okay, but just to be clear... the timing position mentioned above is timing set up.

Timing as a work assignment (just like shagging cones) is assigned the day of the event always. We can try to make note of it now, however.

Thanks!

You are correct, Kenny will setup the timing lights but in this case both of us will also work timing all day to ensure we iron out this software. We will each run in 2 seperate run groups so at least one of us is monitoring the laptop all day. We can find one other experienced person to help either of us the day of the event.

BTW: I don't think this course will flow very well ;)

I probably will arrive at 8:30, so if that is too late for timing setup, so be it, I'll sure someone will find something to keep me busy with. If tech people are needed I can do that.

She said I can go! Put me down for registration, please (or whatever, I'm flexible). I'll get there as close to 7 as possible.

And I can bring two cases of water.

It will? I guess I'd better make sure I get there early then ;)

Also, all those who are interested in learning the timing software, see me at this month's event. I checked my calendar and I will be out of town (again!) for the June event so I want to make sure that we have a few people who can run the software while I'm gone.

Since the generator failed and we lost the ability to run the laptop last time in B'ville I would like to do that again this time so that I can be more comfortable with running that software.
