We can potentially go through 6-8 cases of water at an event, more in the summer time (assuming 24 bottles per case - I know some come 32). I'm not sure, but I think we have a couple of cases left from February - does anyone know what's in the trailer?

I guess just get as much as you can - it won't go bad. If I make it to Sams' Club this week I'll get a case or two, too.

We'll want to have a variety of soda available, too. Again, we have some, but another 4-6 12 packs will certainly be enough for a while.

8 bags of ice ought to do the trick.

Ok, I'll try to fit as many case of water as I can... I think I can fit 8 but there won't be any room left for the Ice. Can any1 get the Ice?

I was going to do this myself, but time is catching up to me...

LUNCH!

Need someone who can handle lunch. Preferably a "new" volunteer, someone who isn't already on our list. I need someone who can check out BBQ joints in the area and pick one to feed us. You'll also need to pick up said food and whatever utensils we need. (which is why we need a fresh volunteer... all the rest will be busy helping with the school)

Anybody? Volunteer will, of course, get free lunch out of it, and some free seat time with the rest of the volunteers.

If this falls through, we may end up with pizza again. <sigh>

Are you Dave Balogh? (only Dave on my list) If so, I don't have you down for anything specific, but I've only got 6 "helpers" available, and I'd like to keep two with each student group that's working course to chase cones, help direct cars, and whatever the instructors need you to do. So, it might be hard to cut you loose to go pick up lunch.

However, I might be able to handle the picking up lunch part myself if you've got the time to do the legwork and get everything arranged. Shoot me an email if you can do that, I'll fill you in on the details.

Last minute school stuff:

Anybody who has a portable air tank for airing up tires, please bring it. We're likely to have some students who need air. Things will go more smoothly if we don't have to send them off-site (or wait 3 weeks for a 12v air pump).

Somebody bring a video camera. I'm gonna take a few runs in my Spitfire and would like to see what the rear suspension is doing. (if you know anything about Spitfires, they're famous for their crappy rear suspension design)

LUNCH! Dave said he'd try to check on some BBQ, but I never head back from him, so I assume that he didn't get around to it. I'm going to be out of town Saturday, so if Dave didn't sneak something cool together for us, we're going to need to make a plan for lunch first thing Sunday.

I'm still not in the mood for pizza. If nothing else, I think deli sammiches are the answer.

Otherwise, as long as everyone shows up on time (7am... don't forget to change your clocks!), we're set!

Anything is portable with a big enough vehicle. I'm bringing my 25G compressor.

I'll try to remember to throw the camera in the SUV.
