Nice job stepping up to chair the event, Joe! I am sure you will do fine.

As for supplies, this is what I know.

One 24 pack of regular Pepsi
One 12 pack of diet Pepsi
Two cases of water
One cooler half full of a variety of drinks.

You should be good on the following.
Paper towels
Blue painters tape
Napkins
Batteries for the handheld radios
Garbage bags

If you want to use paper plates for lunch you will need pick some up. You may also need some chalk. I don’t recall seeing any bags of it in the trailer. I am not sure how much is actually in the chalk trolley machine thing.

One note of advice on your first chair is to get phone numbers of key people before the event. I didn't realize that I didn't have some critical numbers until the day of the event. I was lucky that I didn't need them, but if something would have come up, I would have had no way to contact people.

Let me know if you need any help.

Missed you at the last event, Ron. I look forward to seeing you out there next month.

P.S. Have you noticed the friendly duel Austin and I have heating up in 'H'? It is going to be a fight to the finish! Yellow_Colorz_PDT_02

Thanks Shon for the inventory. I, too, will try to take note of what is left as we close things up in Feb.

Thanks also for the heads up on phone numbers, as of right now I have zero numbers for anyone, all my communications have been via e-mail and forums.

Any place you can lend a hand will be greatly appreciated. You should know more about where that might be!

Thanks again Shon
Joe

Thanks Shon. After checking some of the videos, it looks like you came up with a nice course. I'm sorry I missed it.

Thanks Mike,

I'm relieved to know that now I will not be the only one doing that! Please remember that will also include setting up the cones for the police course.

Thanks,
Joe

I'm looking for someone to pick up a couple bags of marble dust in the Seminole area, and bring it to SPC on the 12th. This would be a great help.

I'm also looking to find the person that has the timing equipment, so I will know who to nag the night before the event.

Thanks all,
Joe

The timing equipment is all in the trailer except for the computer. Wouldn't be a bad idea to nag me to remember to bring it!

Thanks Loren.

And I think it's about time you changed your location in your profile, you are no longer in the slow lane!

Yep, probably lost my hydraulics and I don't anticipate fixin' it in the next two weeks. So, I'll be bringing the Speed for a change...er, rather, I'll be coming to an autocross for a change. ;) Besides, I think Austin almost beat me at his first autocross and if you guys are competitive with each other, you guys will probably smoke me!

I changed both my slave and master yesterday. Purchased at NAPA the slave was about $30 and the Master was about $50. You can actually get to the slave pretty easy by taking the front passenger side tire off.

You being out there with Austin and I just makes it that much more interesting. If you beat either of us it will have a impact on how we are chasing each other in points. Good stuff!
