I can drop off the trailer first thing in the morning if needed, I just won't be able to get it in the afternoon.

That sounds like it's probably the simplest solution, Brian. I can do that. Make it so!

Thanks to everyone else who offered to help!

Ok, I'm sure Howard wont mind if I pick up the trailer Friday night. I'll bring it to my house, that way I can sleep another hour Saturday morning. 8)

Brilliant! I'll be by your place by 7am to get your car so that I can be on-site by 7:30.

I already introduced myself in another forum so I'll get to it. I just preregistered for this event so I'm all ready to go. If you all need any help let me know. I used to be very involved with the SCCA club back home in PA. I was chief tech inspector for a while, I have been starter, ran the timing computer, was a co-chair/course designer to run an event, I've done just about everything so I can help, just let me know what you all need, and what time to be at the course and I'll be there.

Thanks, Dustin. If you put a work assignment preference on your registration, Jamie will try to match you with it if possible. If you want to show up early just to be "extra hands", 7:30ish is a good time to be there. Or, if you're not into getting up early, we can always use extra help packing up at the end of the day. You need to be signed in before registration closes at 9am, we usually get the first car off around 10:30, lunch (club-provided) around noon, and wrap up somewhere around 4pm.

Check the list at the front of this discussion thread...that's usually updated daily.

ok my back up choice of a starter is still up for grabs.. if thats a no go i have turned into a pro on supplies :D not really but i would be totally fine with doing that one again.. practice makes perfect i guess.. just as long as i dont leave a bag of ice in my trunk and turn it into friggin pond back there again.. anyway if starter gets taken you can always throw me in for drinks.. i didnt put it on my reg because it only had two spaces so i put starter or grid.. if there was another line i would say supplies lol

For all those folks eager to work grid...I have more than enough volunteers for grid right now...what we really need are a couple of people to tear down the course and reset the police course.

Was this event capped at 50? I attempted to register, but MAE told me the event is full.

If already capped, I'll be there early to put my name and walk-up registration.

Nope -- capped at the normal 65 for SPC events, and we received a 51st entry today. If you continue to have problems, shoot a note to the info mailbox.

Still have a couple of volunteer spots to fill! As co-chair, I can do the lunch order but we still need help with course teardown.

Thanks, Charles. We've got a volunteer handling chalk.

It's going to be a hot one, so we're going to need mass quantities of water and ice.

Since nobody asked (I had it ready and approved last week, just forgot to post it), here's the course map.

Cancel that, won't make this one. You guys should have plenty of time to find someone to cover supplies.
