That's right! Autocross is 08% driver and 02% car. But what about the other 90%?

The "Push Harder, Suck Less" philosophy explained:
Push Harder - Drive as close to the limit of your tires as possible.
Suck Less - Drive something resembling a proper racing line.

Re: Feb. 12th - SPC
Please someone, I'm still looking for a volunteer to pick up marble dust from Seminole (area near St. Pete) before the event. I need two bags and they weigh fifty pounds each. I physically cannot lift that weight. Will someone please step up?
Thank you,
Joe

Contrary to the apparent popular belief, once you're within +/- 2 psi or so of ideal, tire pressure really only makes up about half a percent.yamaha731 wrote:I thought it was tire pressure or is it lack of tire pressure

Related to the March Driver's School - if you are attending in February we will try to meet for dinner after the event to discuss details for the upcoming school. Please bring ideas and suggestions for improvements based on past events.

Racing against my NEON is like getting in a fight with a girl, if you win you, you can't brag about it, and if you lose, you hope nobody finds out!

I'm sorry to be such a high maintenance pain, but it's looking like I can't make it to the 2/12 event. Could I please get a credit for my next one?
Apologies for the trouble.

I can take over Chuck's spot and his timing job. Jamie, if that works let me know, I'll just bring $$ to the event, or could pay Chuck instead.. whatever works.Rosko wrote:I'm sorry to be such a high maintenance pain, but it's looking like I can't make it to the 2/12 event. I may have to monitor timing once to remember everything since I haven't done timing in a long time....

Walk-on's are first come first served. No walk-on has ever been turned away, but that doesn't mean that it can't happen, so get there early. </Native>blacksheep-1 wrote:I have a buddy named Brett Spaude that would like to run my car, can we work him in as a walk-on?- Rob

Re: Feb. 12th - SPC
It's only high maintenance when you make me do it manually instead of cancelling your entry yourself, as you could have done until just a few minutes ago.Rosko wrote:I'm sorry to be such a high maintenance pain, but it's looking like I can't make it to the 2/12 event. Chuck, yes, certainly an event credit. Dave, get there early, and there should be plenty of room on the list...there usually is. I have more than enough volunteers for timing, but by all means audit a session...it's a new system.
Get him there early to get on the list, and it shouldn't be a problem.blacksheep-1 wrote:I have a buddy named Brett Spaude that would like to run my car, can we work him in as a walk-on?
