All righty then! Who had a good time? Everyone, that's who! The food, the CrazyCross, the nice people - awesome. A big thank you to Brian and Ron (and family) and everyone else for a great picnic. And congrats again to all the trophy winners!

See y'all in September :>)

Cathy took a bunch of photos and a few CrazyCross videos. Waiting for them to upload to Flickr.

Definitely a great picnic party!

Thanks to all for the great food (Brian, hope you get a good night's rest tonight!) and entertainment.

Doug and I sneaked out while our age group was supposed to be running. Didn't want to scare anyone with joints popping and creaking.

Thanks for the attendance T-shirts. A nice gesture, though it has to be the most expensive T-shirt I ever earned (oh yeah, we did get to run a few autocrosses too... :-D ).

That CrazyCross just about killed me. I'm SO out of shape!

Hey, who brought the cauliflower salad? I don't go near that stuff, myself. But, my wife really liked it and would like the recipe.

Here are the photos the Cathy took:

There are 3 videos in that gallery, as well. I started trying to tag names, but realized that I don't know them all, and it was getting tedious, anyway.

I would say that was the best awards party we've had, it felt more like a family reunion that included friends but no drunk uncle !

The crazy cross was fun to watch, seeing the dizzy people at the finish eat it as they went through the timing lights was hilarious ! :rolling: You have my vote for next years event to be back there, plus they're very efficient on keeping the trash cans emptied.

Thanks for all the nice complements on got on the BBQ, glad everyone enjoyed it, and I enjoyed making it too. Of course I wasn't alone on the food, everyone did pitch in ! :thumbwink:

Steve helped me clean up a bit at the house, as soon as he left I cleaned up for another hour, and was out until this morning. :snore:

Great event, everybody! What a delightfully chilled-out affair. Perfect way to cap the competition season.

The food was outstanding! That Brian Kollar sure knows his way around a butt., I'll tell you what. That's restaurant-quality pork right there.

Putting the Crazy Cross spinout zone right before the finish was a stroke of genius, although the finish was a little close to a stone support column for my taste. I guess the course was setup before our safety director arrived.

Good times!

Was a fantastic time indeed. My boys crashed for another long nap about an hour after getting home! That's quite the successful day for me! Glad everyone enjoys the shirts, my few midnight misspellings have already been sent to the t-shirt guy. Sorry about that fellas.

Oh, if anyone wants a duplicate of their shirt, let me know and I can get pricing for you.
