Yes, and we've sent them out before. In fact, I was going to send one out this weekend reminding everyone to make sure any guests are registered before the deadline. I suggest just adding a notice to keep an eye on this forum, and you can post the map here.

I'll handle that, too -- I pre-draft a couple of options anyhow to work out the preliminary worker assignments, so the two jobs go hand-in-hand.

If you didn't see it before, I'll also generate and send in the access list next week -- another item I have set up to simply dump from the entry database.

Who sez?! I was planning to sit on my rear and watch you change tires, clean out the car, and otherwise fetch and carry.... :D

I'll register and pay early next week, but I'll be there at 7am to help with tech or course setup.

I have the "new" laptop from Bill. So now we'll have something with a working battery, and a speedier processor!

It is speedier?

Glad I could help.

No worries -- everything the car needs on the trailer. And I can change the tires...you're more valuable helping set up.

Hey folks,
My wife was asking me when I am autocrossing in May and I told her, she then said, "Arent' we going to be in Oklahoma for our daughter's college graduation?" My response,"Umm, yeah, you're right."
So, I guess I won't be able to help with registration since I won't be there. I will be getting 51 orange cones before then. I just need to coordinate with whoever wants to take them to Brooksville. I can take them were ever they need to go, but I'm flying out May 10th. So, let me know who can take them and I will get with you to drop them off at your house, business, whatever.

Are you anywhere in between Clearwater and Venice? If so I can pick them up when I pick up the trailer.

I'm up by Brooksville, about 20 miles east and slightly north of the airport. Right by SR-50 and highway 301. I am planning on going to Brooksville this coming weekend for the brand-X event (SCCA). I will be there Saturday and Sunday, if the cones arrive by then I can bring them to whoever will be there and can take them. Let me know and I can plan accordingly. If not, I can arrange to drop them off to someones house that can take them.

I'll be at the SCCA event -- if we can figure out how to spread 51 cones between the Miata and the tire trailer, I'm only 20 minutes from the airport and can bring them up the following week.

I've seen your trailer, if you have your tires on it you won't fit many cones on it. I can plan on bringing them on my trailer and just follow you home with them if you want. Unless you are planning on not putting tires your trailer, even then I'm not sure you can fit 51 cones on yours. Let me know. Thanks.

No problem either way -- we can sort it out there and see what works out.

I really hate to bring up this very touchy subject, but is someone getting gas for the generator? Drew donated a 2 gallon can, and it's in the trailer.

Brian, good point. We'll put the can at the front gate with the registration people and beg one of the early arrivers to back out and take it down the road for a fill up.

Surely someone will step up to the plate before 8AM.

That said, if you're reading this and would like to volunteer to do that, please state so and we won't hassle everyone coming through the gate.
