Ron brought the timing equipment to me today (his doctor won't let him autocross this week), so I'll be brining it to the event. Registration file is loaded, and all of the FROC entries have been added.

If anyone cares, I've also installed all the current MS updates and have defrag running on the laptop right now.

If everything goes as planned the trailer should be there Friday evening. I will arrive around 8 Saturday to get a list for supplies.

Jamie wrote:Modified cars are production-based cars with any of the following modifications:
Any internal engine modification (crank, cams, rods, pistons)
Any external engine modification that alters fuel delivery (alternate carb, altered fuel injection, fuel-air ratio adjusters)
Any non-factory engine replacement
Welded chassis reinforcement, including welded roll bars/cages
Alternate or altered springs
Altered suspension geometry (relocated pickup points, alternate suspension parts to increase factory alignment adjustment range such as camber kits, camber plates, or slotted strut mounts)
Alternate main body panels (doors, hood, trunk lid, fenders, roof panel, windows)
Removal of significant factory interior parts (seats, interior panels)

Bump up one class for adding forced induction
Bump to donor class OR up one class (whichever is higher) for a significant (+25% HP increase) engine swap that is not a common bolt-in swap that results in a factory-available (US market) configuration

Alright awesome, thanks a lot for all the info

I want to install a lowering kit from auto zone to get rid of the "I'm on a Boat" feeling, it's just for the race.
Will I go then in a different group? like mod class or will i stay in the normal unmodified group?

Answers will be appreciated
You don't need a lowering kit, you just need a good set of shocks. Maybe a good swaybar upgrade... look to the police package.

But, for your first event? Don't worry about it, just show up and drive!

Brian and I have been having a good ol' time flogging his 240SX this season with completely worn out shocks.

I got already the new shocks installed but my car still sits a bit high above the asphalt, so I thought to bring it down a bit so i won't spin out so easy.........

but I will check about the sway bar, lets see what happens

a other thing, a friend of mine is coming to the states on Thursday, so tomorrow, and I cant sign him up for a guest pass, can I just bring him and pay the 5$ in cash at the sight?

No problem at SPC, only Brooksville has access restrictions. And, FYI, the $5 is for lunch. If he's not eating lunch, he just needs to sign the insurance waiver.

Forgot that I'll have a guest with me tomorrow. Any way I can add him in and get the $5 to someone tomorrow to cover lunch?
