Version has the WORSE customer service and some of the strangest rules. We got FIOS for the office, and it took us forever to get our email addresses straightend out. Then for some reason they refused to install a TV line to the office because it was a new building and no one else there had FIOS TV, but it runs through the same fiber optic line. There were 5 other businesses that had FIOS and wanted TV too, so we all had bright house installed so we could get TV lol.

I actually got a response from them saying that we weren't blacklisted. I sent them a copy of the error message on one of the bounced emails that clearly said that we were (or had been), and told them I just wanted to be sure. My guess is that our server was blacklisted, but being a shared server, someone else who uses the same server probably complained and got it cleared before I ever even noticed the problem.
This is the reply I got today. Pretty respectable service for Verizon.
