Can't wait to hear how the new ZII stacks up to the old Star Spec.

They seem to really like them...

The big advantage from the test seems to be a bit more immediate and predictable handling. They used a heavy BMW as the test car, so I think the gap between the two on a Miata will be a bit less than the test.

They must have just received a fresh shipment -- I ordered tires last week, and they weren't sure when they'd have ZIIs in my size, so I ordered a set of Star Specs. Now they're showing ZIIs "in stock". I'll just have to drive around the difference.

I'm jealous. Their website says my size won't be available till March. Oh well, at least I can check yours out at the next event.

No 225/45/15 size... so I would have to go 205/50/15.

Looks like RS-3 or drive these to the cords and try the BFG Rivals in March...

Can you hear them? They're begging to be scrubbed in for a couple weeks before the autocross.

They are very nice.
Great on the road and With the new sway-bar in had more grip than I had skill.
