DIY air compressor brake bleed
I am changing the brake fluid in my Camaro and after switching to DOT4 in the Prius I decided it would be a good idea to utilize google. ( had I done this with the Prius I would have known that pumping the brake pedal was futile lol) Anyway I ran across a thread showing how to drill a hole in the master cylider cap and make an adapter for one's air compressor to connect to. I am just wondering if anyone has gone through the trouble to do this in order to expedite the brake bleeding process by circumnavigating the infamous single person peddle pump with the bleed valve open into a bottle technique. Sorry for being long winded, but if this works as well as it looks I find myself completely befuttled as to how I have never thought/ heard of this before.~Brian P.

Sweet, I saw this setup online while I was reading about the compressor version. Is the cap universal for all GM vehicles? I called the dealer and they want $25 for a spare cap...
