Motive Brake Fluid Power Bleeder, anybody use one?

Postby Solar » Wed Jul 02, 2008 9:00 am

I'm looking at buying one of these.

So far all the comments I can find on them have been positive. I have to flush the brakes on my Civic and my Ford Van, and for the money, it would save a lot of time.

I've never used one, but I've heard stories that they can inject small amounts of air into your lines.

Speedbleeders are the way to go.

I saw these a while back, do they work as well as advertised?

I put on a set of speed bleeders when I did the brake swap for my car. Best investment you can make for your brakes. Just be careful that you don't over torque them when you do a fluid change. The set for my car is 10 ft-lbs. Doesn't take much.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find a set for your Yes.
