Quick clarification of classing rules

Hey guys, I was just looking for a quick clarification of the rules for modified cars regarding displacement. I know that if you add a turbo/supercharger or if the car comes with a turbo/supercharger then you're supposed to multiply your displacement by 1.5. But if you displace 2 liters, that puts you square at 3 liters, so do you stay under 3 liters, or over 3 liters? Is the class less than 3 liters and greater than or equal to 3 liters, or is it the other way around?

Odds are very good that if you do your math a little more precisely, you'll have your answer.
Hint: Is the displacement of your "2 liter" engine 1999 cc's... or is it 2001 cc's?

Actually we stated before that we were rounding displacing, so a 1951cc motor becomes 2000cc, or 3.0 with FI.

Okay, cool.
The question is answered by looking at the rules on the website. Each class is defined as either "3 liters and greater" or "less than 3 liters".
Um... could it be any clearer, really?
