Postby Lava Speed 05 » Sat Mar 12, 2011 11:59 am

It has been a few months for me but I am registered and excited to jump back into it next month. I hope you're all out in this beautiful weather enjoying the novice school and the event tomorrow.

Back to work for me and I will see you all next month.

Thanks for posting Matt. And since you did, it would be really cool if this event had a chair! I'll co-chair with someone who wants to do most of the work and who will get most of the credit... 8)

No need to fear, Ron and Ed are here!

We're going to give Steve a break this month and co-chair the April event. Spring is in the air, the flowers are in bloom and there may even be a butterfly or two fluttering around. It's a great time of the year for an event so make sure you get registered and come join us for the fun.

Just a quick reminder that this event is at Brooksville, so there aren't any walk-ups. Be sure to get your registration in early so you don't miss out.

We'll see you there.

Thanks for chairing, Ron & Ed!

On a similar note, I'm willing to co-chair the May event with someone. And, there are also events in June, July, September, October, November and December that are without chairmen.

Discuss in the schedule thread!

Apply within. No experience required. Will train. Great benefits. No pay. EOE.

So for those of us looking to hit Brooksville for the first time, once we are in the gate, after 9 we need to plan on staying the day? what time will the gate be reopened during the afternoon? I'd like to attend, just don't know how late i can stay. thanks greg

You can get out any time you want, there is a button on the inside to open. You just won't be able to get back in.

If you're planning to run, and have a hard limit on when you have to leave, put a note in your entry or send a note to info@wedrivefast.com. Can't guarantee anything, but we can give you an idea whether it'll work or not. If you wait until the day of to tell us, it gets harder to accomodate.

If you're just coming along with someone, then like Drew said, getting out is easy.
