Manual intervention. When we hit either limit, the payment option to enter that event will disappear (because I'll delete it...no fancy automation). Anyone cleverly bypassing that indicator and marking themselves for events they can't enter will get a polite note informing them they've invested in an event credit for a future event...ultimately, the entry roster controls who gets through the gate each day.

We won't need course setup for Sunday.

Probably barely need one person for tech Sunday, since almost everyone will be teched from Saturday.
Implying Sunday's course will look much like Saturday's.... I'll cut it back to one for all those positions...we'll still need to pack everything except the cones Saturday and unload them Sunday, so doesn't hurt to have a person dedicated to the job.

I'm in for Saturday. Maybe we will have some fall-like weather by then.

It will "look" much the same, but there will be some key differences that will completely mess with most of what you learned Saturday.

Is there any way to tell who's registered for which day by looking at the Reg List online? Could you maybe tag them in some way?

No problem...I never learn anything. :)

Done. The event total count still reflects the combined number -- you'll have to look at the top of this thread to see the breakout -- but the list shows who's registered for which days.

I'm registered for Saturday and would like to go to the Sunday event as a guest to check it out and see how an "Endurocross" runs. Also you can add me to the list of people working on Sunday, since I figure you guys could probably use a few extra hands. I'll also help with tear down as well that day.

How do you want me to pay as a guest for Sunday or should I just register online for a guest and put myself?

I'd hold off for now. One of the reasons I wanted to keep tabs on the total Sunday entries is that if it doesn't fill up right away, we may open it up to "non-members" who have at least 2 events. So, there's a chance you could register as a driver. If not, you'll still have time to get on the list as a guest.

So far we're at 17 for Saturday and 11 for Sunday. If that ratio holds true, we may be as many as 5-10 drivers short for Sunday by the time Saturday fills with 60.

The weeds are out of control at Brooksville. Someone might want to bring a string trimmer to clear out areas for worker stations. It's all waist deep as of yesterday.

True dat. I saw a guy mowing up near the building where the RV's park, maybe he's going to make his way down that way?

As it is, a car spinning off course could easily get LOST in the weeds!

Carbotech AX, which I should have gone with. For Hawk, I'd at least go with the HP+ or HPS.

Looks like I'm going to sit this one out. With the baby due November 7th, I just don't want to be that far away, just in case. I'll hopefully be back in the saddle come december.

You should start a new topic for such questions. Then provide more info... like whether the car is daily driven, whether you plan to ever take the car out on a road course, how tolerant you are of brake dust and possible brake squeal, whether you can tolerate less than ideal braking on the first stop in favor of better heat tolerance, etc, etc.

How 'bout a course map?

Low res version of the Saturday course is below, and here's a high-res printable PDF: Saturday Course Map

And here's the slightly different Sunday Enduro course.

High res map and rules:
Endurocross Rules & Map

I'm not going to copy/paste all of the rules here (click the link above!), but, I'll post the most important one. If you're registered and follow this one rule, you'll be good to go!

ARRIVE EARLY!
The course will be pre-set from the day before and we want to have our driver’s meeting promptly at 9:00am and first car off no later than 9:30am. You’ll want to walk the course to see what’s changed, and any cars that didn’t run Saturday will need to go through tech. Be there by 8:00am, the gate WILL NOT be manned after 8:30am. You snooze, you lose.

We are taking suggestions for lunch on Sunday. And, don't just offer up Fish Tacos or sumpthin like that. Please be more helpful, like:

Fish Tacos from The Tuna Factory Cafe, 800-EAT-FISH, ask for Felix.

We would like to do something a little more upscale than pizza (which we will be having Saturday).

Had to cancel, work conflict. Do I get a refund or do I just use prior event credit when I sign up for november? Whichever is easier for you guys is fine by me.

Credit is how we usually handle it. We have your money. We like it. We're going to keep it. :) (seriously, it's just a hassle to do refunds, plus it costs us money to do it)

A refund costs us almost as much as the registration fee itself. That's why we just do credits with which we are quite generous.
