It's all good. We went in on a new contract with the Corvette Club and SCCA, since the BMW club decided to drop our old contract without telling anybody.

We gots a john.

Wow, lots of last-hour registrations and a couple of cancels.

We ended up with 32 drivers in the morning and 40 in the afternoon. Enough to get by with. Might be able to squeeze in an extra run, that's always fun.

A word of caution to those of you who have gotten complacent about late registering... our next Championship Event (April) will be at SPC. SPC events always tend to fill up quicker than Brooksville events, and this being the first one we've done there in about 4 months... I expect it will be a very popular event and could sell out quickly. Don't come whining to me if the event fills up in a week, or 3 days, or 23 hours... and you didn't get in. We still do Event Reminders to let you know by email when registration opens. No excuses.

Washed my car and buffed a years worth of cone marks off of it. Hope it doesn't slow me down too much.

I'm sure the mayor has some kind of zinger about bran muffins and skid marks for this one. I got nothin'.

FAST Logo t-shirts have arrived, and look great! I'll have them with me Saturday. Will trade you $20 for one. I'll even throw in a could FAST stickers.

Sir John you underestimate yourself.
One day you will become a serious contender and not just a best attender.

Looks like a go for me, new battery, oil changed, and I don't feel ill. Gotta love having a autocross beater car, bought 5 quarts of Quaker State and a good filter for $20 at Advance Auto Parts. Even fixed my wiper washers for good measure, see you all tomorrow morning !

Good to hear, Brian! I'm hoping everyone else can make it tomorrow, as well. This was already a lightly registered event, and so far we've gotten 3 late cancels. It could be a little chaotic tomorrow as a result. (for me, anyway... hopefully, not for everyone else) But, we'll muddle through.

I had a blast. Didn't get a clean run in until the last run, but it was worth it.
My car on the other hand was not happy. I think the alternator bit the dust.
I was on the side of the road until almost 3:00.
Glad I have AAA
Cones fear me... The timing lights, they just laugh.
