Pizza order has been taken care of.

Dave, from what I have read, are you and Bill have worked out a "drive and tow" plan? I have you down for set up as well, can you "pull" a double duty?

I have Drew down for setting up the timing equipment, I know that Kenny and Howard will not be there, so whoever can help Drew with timing will be much appreciated (Loren, Jamie?)! 8)

I will be there at 7am, and plan on getting the trailer unloaded and set up ASAP.

Still need someone to get supplies, not sure what we have stocked in the trailer as far as sodas and water goes. We will need someone to get gas for the genny in the morning along with ice, so maybe since we're slightly short handed we can get that person to pick up sodas and water as well from Wal Mart.

I still need to figure out the schedule with Bill, but all I'll be doing is driving to his house, grabbing his S2000 and driving to the event. That's not really work, and I'll be arriving with, or before the trailer, so I'm still on for setup.

I'll be there. If it helps, I can bring some extra gas with me -- cuts down on a trip. Send me a note Saturday night to remind me, if you want that.

Ahh, teamwork:
We got a team gettin' generator gas.
We got a team chairing the event.
We got a team that reviewed the course.
We got a team arranging the towing of the trailer.
We got a team making sure the timing equipment is available and working.
I'm sure there's others...

This club rocks.

Found my helmet, but my magnetic numbers are AWOL.

I've printed up enough course maps for every other person. Sorry, low on ink. You'll have to share. Just be glad I printed any!

Now to get some sleep.

Um, something I thought of before but forgot to follow through with it was supplies, do we have enough water and soda, and someone will need to get ice too?

We probably need some of everything. I don't recall how much of what, though. Sorry - hopefully someone will be willing to make a run in the morning...
